You can pause, cancel, or change your recurring donation setting from your WhyDonate account.
To cancel your recurring donation:
- Log in to your WhyDonate account
- Go to Donations from your dashboard left menu
- Choose tab Recurring
- Switch off the toggle from Status of the choice of your recurring donation
- Reconfirm to stop your recurring donation by clicking on Yes
- Cancel your mandate by clicking on "Cancel Plan"
- Choose your reason for cancellation (optional) and click on Cancel Plan to end your recurring donation
